IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT (04/21/08):
Recently, several of our staff has needed to find full time employment. Those changes, coupled with the economic downturn and rising prices, have encouraged OCTS to make several cost cutting measures. Be assured however, that we will maintain our commitment to providing you the fastest scoring service available. Your tests will continue to be scored and returned to you the day we receive them. What you might notice a bit differently is the timing of the fax returns (mostly in the evening from now on) and the type of communication (mostly by email via this website). We will attempt to return your phone call around test scoring demands, but we will not be as available by phone as we have been in the past. Be assured that our values have not changed in the 20 plus years we have been in business and we hope that you find these adjustments satisfactory as well. (Effective 4/21/08)
